  2. Load up your account. Pay online or over the phone with a Debit or Credit card or find a nearby pay station.
  3. Track your usage. Receive email or SMS alerts about your usage.
  4. Reload as needed. Just reload funds before your balance falls below $10. You can reload online, over the phone or at a nearby pay stations.

    Log in to your account and pay with a credit card or debit card.
  • Over the Phone
    Call us during business hours at 877-773-8099 to pay with credit card or debit card.
  • Pay in Person
    Pay at one of over 800 Pay Stations in cooperation with Ace Cash Express and BARRI.

    You may also use the Express Payment Form to make a MoneyGram Express (receive code 7647) payment at any area Walmart or 100 other convenient locations (if using MG, please call to notify of payment).

Report Outages

If you have just signed up and paid for service but still don't have electricity, please check the breakers before reporting an outage or calling customer service.
